RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Except in exceptional cases, given the ephemeral nature of our offer, we do not make any refunds at Bref.
However, we accept exchanges or issue credit notes within 7 days of purchase. To do so, you must have the electronic invoice received at the time of purchase.
For the holiday period, starting November 15th, we accept exchanges until January 15th.
However, certain products are not eligible for exchange or credit notes: custom-made furniture, products marked "as is," sale items, special orders, food products, personal care items, swimwear, and underwear. These items are final sale.
Items that are opened, damaged, or not in a condition to be resold are not eligible for this policy.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Bref will cover the return shipping costs if the products you ordered are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. In all other cases, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and packaging costs associated with returning an item.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT
