SHIPPING COSTS

Unless shipping to PO boxes or remote areas, our deliveries are made with Purolator or a local bike courier.

After December 12, we cannot guarantee delivery of your orders in time for Christmas if you are outside of Montreal.

Fixed shipping costs have been established as follows:

Once the order is completed and paid for on our online store, the package will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days.
For "free shipping" promotions with a minimum purchase amount, the promotion applies to Quebec only.
ARTICLE AVAILABILITY
We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an item you ordered may not be available. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from processing your order.
SHIPPING
Online purchases are usually shipped by Purolator, Courrier plus, Canada Post or a bicycle courier depending on your location.
Tracking your order: Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including a link to the tracking number of your shipment.
For orders located within a 5km radius of the store, in Montreal, local delivery is often done directly by a McGregor member. No tracking number is therefore sent.
PICK UP IN STORE
You also have the option of choosing to pick up your items in our store located in Montreal . This service is free. The usual deadlines for your order to be ready for collection are 24 hours following your order, but may vary depending on the availability of the items ordered. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Except in exceptional cases, given the ephemeral nature of our offer, we do not make any returns.

However, we agree to exchange an item or issue credit notes within 7 days of purchase. To do this, you must have on hand the electronic invoice received during the purchase.

However, certain products are not eligible for an exchange or a credit note: custom furniture, products marked as is, sale products, special orders, food products, body care, swimsuits and underwear. These items are therefore final sales.

Items that are opened, damaged, or otherwise not in resalable condition are not eligible for this policy.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

PROCEDURES
If we have accepted the return or exchange of a product, they can be done in person at our store. If the return or exchange is made by mail, include a note in your package explaining the reason for your return.

We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address.

Please note that returns by mail are at your expense , and you must absolutely obtain approval from a member of our team before returning anything. Before returning the products, please contact us: hello@brefmtl.com or 438-290-5074

If a refund is approved (within 7 days of receipt of your order), we will send you by email a prepaid return slip to print and stick on the package to be returned. When we receive the package in store, we will refund the item by subtracting from the amount the return costs which are $12 + taxes (example: vase at $50, return costs at $12: 50 - 12 = $38 will be credited).

ORIGINAL STATE MANDATORY
Items wishing to be returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as they were in when they were delivered to you or purchased in store, in their original packaging. If you are unsure of the original condition of the item you are returning, please contact us first.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Original invoices or cash receipts, as well as duplicate invoices, are considered valid proof of purchase. Do not hesitate to contact us in case of doubt or special situation.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN
Bref assumes the transport costs to the extent that the products you have ordered are delivered damaged, defective or with an error. In any other case, you are responsible for the shipping, handling and packaging costs necessary to return an item.

RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD
When returning a product purchased using a gift card, you will be given a credit note. This credit note is applicable to your next purchase online or in store.

GIFT CARD TERMS
A gift card is not refundable for cash. A gift card is valid for life.

DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be combined. If a 10% discount is already applied, it is not possible to use a “free shipping” code. The same order can only benefit from one reduction at a time.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Promotions are not retroactive and cannot be applied to purchases made before the said promotion. Thank you for your understanding! The law does not require us to grant the discount if a customer purchased a product at the regular price and later returns because the product is now on sale.
