Material Culture is Geneviève's ongoing ceramics project. It allows her to experiment with 3D and create playful and functional objects that she would love to have in her home! She works by hand, mainly by pinching and wrapping (but also some pouring), and enjoys the meditative side of the process: every decision, every movement is etched into the clay. It's thoughtful, silent, imperfect, and wonderful work.
