Located 275 km north of Montreal, Miels d'Anicet is located in the Hautes-Laurentides, in a wild, forested region free of intensive agriculture, which results in an environment of extreme quality for their livestock of 1 000 hives.

Miels d'Anicet are mad about honey, artisans of the earth, epicureans, curious people who consider beekeeping as a perfect mix between entomology, biology and botany. It is also the story of a couple, Anicet Desrochers and Annie-Virginie Schmidt, who were asked almost 20 years ago to take over the family apiary founded in 1978.
