Benjamin was conceived in Drummondville and moved to Montreal in 2004 to pursue his dreams. His sketches are created directly from in-kind observations of rare and magnificent creatures discovered during his travels to far-off, unexplored lands. His illustrations are reproduced in screen printing on paper and wood at the Le Club workshop.

Science fiction novels, animal documentaries and self-taught artists are an inexhaustible source of inspiration for him. He is also a landscape architect and head of the light electric strings department of the distorted rock band Femme Accident .
