As a child, Alicja didn't like chocolate. Quite surprising for a person who founded his chocolate company, but nevertheless true! Liked only a few flavors that were accessible to her, she began to design her own chocolates. Based on a need to express one's creativity, Alicja Confections was founded in 2015.

Today, she certainly uses classic making techniques for chocolate, but does not stop there. Each chocolate is a new, weird, interesting, crazy, delicious flavor that can't be found anywhere else.
